Landscape Installation Laborer Level 1

Entry-level crew position installing and maintaining commercial landscapes across the Treasure Valley. No experience required — if you show up and work hard, we will teach you the trade.
What You'll Do
- Install sod, plantings, trees, and shrubs
- Dig and set irrigation lines, heads, and drainage
- Spread soil, bark, and rock by wheelbarrow and by hand
- Set pavers, edging, and retaining wall block
- Grade and prep sites ahead of install
- Keep the site, tools, and trailers clean and loaded
What We're Looking For
- No experience necessary — we train the right person
- Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and early starts
- Willing to take direction and learn on a fast-moving crew
- Valid driver's license preferred
